How far in advance do I need to order?
At least one day's notice so the kitchen can shop and build your board. For 40+ guests, grazing tables, or any graduation or holiday weekend, give us a week — those dates fill up first.
What is actually on the board?
A wide variety of cured meats and cheeses, crackers, fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts, spreads, our house-made smoked salmon dip, and seasonal accompaniments. Salty, sweet, savory and spicy in one spread — it works as a full appetizer course, not a side.
Can you work around dietary restrictions?
Yes. Put the details in the notes field when you order — gluten-free, vegetarian, nut-free and other accommodations are confirmed with you before the event.
Do I have to rent something to order charcuterie?
No. Adding a board to a rental order is the convenient path, but you can order charcuterie on its own any time at lakeshorecharcuterie.com.
Who cleans up the platters?
We do. Boards and platters go home with us — on a bundled order, they leave with your rental pickup, so there is only one visit at the end of the night.
Is there a delivery fee on charcuterie?
When you add a board to a rental order, it rides along on your existing rental delivery — no separate charcuterie delivery fee. Ordering charcuterie alone, delivery is included across our Eastern Wisconsin service area.
