Common questions
How does payment work?
Submit a request (free), we confirm availability — usually within the hour — then you get a secure card payment link covering rental + deposit. Your booking is locked once paid. We also take Venmo and Zelle on request.
What if it rains on my event day?
Inflatables can't run in rain or winds over 20 mph — safety first. If weather forces a cancellation, you choose: free reschedule to any open date, or a full refund including deposit. Tents are the rain backup, and they go fast on wet weekends — book early.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 72+ hours before delivery: full refund. Within 72 hours: full refund minus a $25 booking fee, or a free reschedule credit good for 12 months. Weather cancellations are always free (see above).
Why are summer prices higher?
Rates run 15–25% higher Memorial Day through Labor Day and on holiday weekends (July 4th, Labor Day) — that's peak demand season and standard across the industry. The price quoted at confirmation is always your final price.
Are the inflatables clean and safe?
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized before each rental, inspected for damage, and anchored per manufacturer specs at setup. We walk you through the safety rules at delivery. Adult supervision is required whenever the unit is in use.
How do appliance rentals differ from rent-to-own stores?
No credit checks, no inflated "ownership" pricing, no pressure. A simple month-to-month agreement, a one-month deposit, fair local rates, and free repairs. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice and we haul the appliance away free within our service area.
Do you serve areas outside Sheboygan County?
Yes — Zone 3 and 4 delivery covers border towns and neighboring counties (Manitowoc, Ozaukee, Fond du Lac). Full neighboring-county coverage is rolling out — ask and we'll do our best to reach you.
